Dear property owner,
The City of Holland has received a Federal grant from the Federal Highway Administration (FHwA) to replace the concrete sidewalks along both sides of Travis St. from Front St. to Lexington St. The sidewalks will be designed to provide handicapped parking and access to each building along the project route in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).
The City of Holland has identified your name and address from the Bell County Appraisal District as a property owner that will be affected by the project. The City requests your attendance at a public meeting on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 6pm at the Holland Community Center, 109 W. Travis St. We will have preliminary drawings of the proposed improvements and engineers will be available to answer any questions concerning the construction and schedule of the project that will affect your building. We look forward to meeting with you.
