Sanitation & Recycling

The City of Holland contracts with an outside waste management company for solid waste collection and recycling. Everyone within the city limits is required to have garbage collection and all residential customers within the city limits are required to have recycling collection.

NOTICE: Brush Pile Access by Appointment Only
The Brush Pile is closed indefinitely and will now be open by appointment only on the following days and times:
Wednesday – Friday
???? 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
???? 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Holiday Collection Schedule

We will be closed for the following holidays:

-New Years Day

-Thanksgiving

-Christmas Day

If your pick-up day is on or after a Holiday, you will be picked up one day late that week only.

 

Bag Tag Program

$5.00 /Each Tag  

Limit of 15 tags per address, per day. For questions of other materials not listed , or to schedule a pickup of any items , please give us a call.

Bag Tags must be purchased in advance AT CITY HALL to pickup. Availability may be subject to change.
